Builders are quietly offering:

closing cost help
and in some cases… straight-up better deals than resale
Especially in places like Fountain Inn + Simpsonville
And for my VA buyers — this matters

0% down → ~$2.1–2.3K/mo
When you pair that with builder incentives, the gap between “waiting” and “buying smart” gets a lot smaller than people think
