Congratulations to Hannah on closing day—and on getting the keys to her new home on her birthday🏡🎉🔑

This is exactly why I love what I do. Honestly, this may be my favorite closing so far. Being able to close at the house she was buying, on the same day as her birthday, made it incredibly special.

We were also able to surprise her with a birthday cake, which made the moment even better.
