On August 26, 1920, the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was certified, granting women the constitutional right to vote.

While this milestone was centered on voting rights, it also marked an important step in the broader movement toward equal rights and opportunities for women.
Today, we recognize the generations of women whose advocacy helped shape a more equitable future and acknowledge that the pursuit of equality continues in many aspects of life, including the workplace.
