People see the closing photos—but they don't always see everything that happens before them.

A typical day as a Houston Realtor can involve market research first thing in the morning, previewing properties, meeting with clients, reviewing contracts, negotiating offers, touring homes, handling paperwork, answering questions, and following up long after the showing is over.

Some days are highly organized.

Other days involve solving problems I didn't know existed that morning. 😅

But that's part of the job—and honestly, it's one of the parts I enjoy most.
