The Dallas Fort Worth market is off to a steady start this year. It’s normal to see sales prices adjust slightly in January after the holiday season & and that’s exactly what we saw. The encouraging news? New listings increased from December, giving buyers more options and creating a healthier balance in the market.

Homes are still selling when priced and positioned strategically, and with interest rates sitting near three-year lows (with talk of gradual decreases ahead), both buyers and sellers have real opportunity right now.
