The Thompson’s Station real estate market continues to show strong demand and steady activity heading into summer.
📊 May Market Snapshot • 83 new listings hit the market
• 51 homes went under contract
• 38 homes closed
• Average sales price: $1,007,970
• Median sales price: $907,500
• Average days on market: 27 days
• Months of supply: 3.75 months
What does this mean? Homes that are priced correctly and marketed well are still moving quickly, with buyers remaining active despite higher price points. Inventory has improved, giving buyers more options, but we're still in a market that favors well-prepared sellers.
One interesting stat: while the average active listing price is $1.53M, the average home that actually sold closed at just over $1M, showing buyers are being selective and value-conscious.

There are dogs that come into your life… and then there are dogs that become part of your soul.
Our sweet Anabelle crossed the rainbow bridge this weekend, and our hearts are completely shattered. 💔
At just 4 years old, Anabelle suffered a ruptured disc from IVDD that left her paralyzed in her back end. After emergency surgery, life looked very different for her — but if there’s one thing Anabelle taught us, it was resilience. She adjusted, adapted, and kept going with the sweetest spirit imaginable. For the next 5 years, she happily hobbled along on 3 little legs, never feeling sorry for herself and still loving life with her whole heart.
She was pure love. Gentle, affectionate, loyal, and the kind of dog everyone instantly adored the moment they met her. She loved her people deeply, and she especially loved her sister, Rosegold. The two of them were inseparable — best friends, constant companions, and professional snuggle buddies. Watching Rosegold search for her has been heartbreaking.
Anabelle leaves behind paw prints that can never be filled. She gave us unconditional love, endless cuddles, laughter, strength, and a reminder every single day to keep going no matter what life hands you.
We were so lucky to be her family.
Run free, sweet girl. Until we meet again. 🌈🐾

POV: You go to Charleston for the weekend and accidentally live your best life. ☀️🌴🍸
We ate and drank our way through every corner of Charleston and somehow still ended every night at By The Way for one last drink.
We wandered King Street, Rainbow Row, The Battery, the French Quarter, and Market Street… then traded cobblestone streets for sandy toes at Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms.
Bike rides on the beach, dolphins in the water, pelicans diving for dinner, and a sunset sail down the Ashley River with my favorite people. ❤️
The absolute perfect way to kick off summer. ☀️

POV: your dogs’ dining area just became an art installation. 🐾✨
I had the most beautiful custom pet portraits made of my beloved bulldogs, Frenchie, Anabelle, and English, Rosegold… and I am absolutely obsessed.
I found this incredibly talented artist, Tulips and Tillie⁠ on TikTok. She thrifts vintage plates, hand-paints each portrait, and adds the sweetest embellished details to every piece. They are truly one of a kind.
I decided to turn the area where my dogs eat into their own little gallery wall, and it makes me smile every single time I walk by.

If you’re a pet lover and looking for something unique and meaningful, this is your sign. The talent, creativity, and attention to detail are unreal. 🎨🐶
