Comcast (Who owns Universal) is rumored to be the front runners to buy Warner Bros.
That means that there is a possibility to have separate Marvel and DC lands in the SAME theme park.
If they scrap their plans for Lost Continent in Islands of Adventure, they could put a DC Land across the lake from Marvel Super Hero Island!
Now THAT is exciting! 😊👍✌

I know why! It is close to major highway arteries, it is full of great stuff to do, has amazing food choices, and movie theater! It also matches the national median housing price!
