While the sign says "Under Contract in 7 Days and $9K Over Asking," what a flyer can’t show you is the incredible journey it took behind the scenes to get to this finish line. Selling a home is rarely just a transaction, it’s a major life process.
For this property, we navigated a long-distance sale of a childhood home. My seller was carrying the heavy weight of serving as the executor and POA, managing everything from another city. Knowing how stressful that can be, I stepped in to handle the heavy lifting on the ground here in Fort Worth.
From helping navigate the probate process to acting as the boots-on-the-ground project manager,vetting General Contractors for a full repaint and repair, coordinating a landscaper to get the curb appeal just right, and sending in my own cleaning business to make sure the home sparkled, we made sure no detail was missed.
