🌀❤️ TO OUR NEIGHBORS FROM PENSACOLA TO PANAMA CITY BEACH…
Tonight, forget about the roof. Forget about the fence. Forget about the boat, the rental property, the business, and everything else that can be replaced.
Take care of your family.
We live here too. Our kids go to school here. We shop at the same Publix. We own homes and businesses along the same coastline. And tonight, a lot of us are sitting inside listening to the same wind and rain, wondering what things will look like in the morning.
A few reminders from one Gulf Coast neighbor to another:
❤️ People first. Property second.
⚡ Stay inside and away from windows. Treat every downed power line as live.
🌊 Do not drive through floodwater. Roads, bridges, and shoulders may be damaged underneath even when the water doesn't look deep.
🏠 If you hear or see something happen to your roof, do not go outside to check it tonight. It can wait.
📱 Keep your phones charged and preserve battery where you can.
🤝 Check on elderly neighbors, friends, and family when it is safe to do so.
📸 Tomorrow, when conditions are safe, document everything before you start cleaning up or making permanent repairs. We'll post a full checklist in the morning to help everyone know what to photograph, what to save, and what NOT to sign.
And please remember:
There is nothing inside your house, on your roof, or sitting in your driveway worth getting hurt over tonight.
When the storm passes, Gulf Coast Property Group will be here.
If you need a tarp, chainsaw, contractor recommendation, cleanup help, or simply don't know who to call, reach out. If we can't help directly, we'll do our best to connect you with someone who can.
Tomorrow we'll also share resources for homeowners dealing with roof damage, flooding, water intrusion, and insurance questions.
Tonight isn't about business. It's about taking care of each other.
Stay safe, Northwest Florida. We'll deal with the rest in the morning. ❤️
🤝 Neighbors first. Always.
