Hi! I’m Stephanie, and I help families take care of their U.S. paperwork from anywhere in the world, without flying back to do it.

(That’s me at the Historic Capitol in Tallahassee, the city where every Florida apostille is issued.)

My work is fully online. I meet clients by secure video from my desk in Fort Lauderdale, and they join from wherever life has them. So far I’ve had clients sign from 15 countries, including Japan, Singapore, the UAE and Australia (time zones keep me on my toes).

I notarize estate planning, adoption and family law documents, and for signings I provide the witnesses and walk everyone through each step on screen.

I also retrieve records for families abroad, like a current birth certificate for a child born here in the U.S. Then I get it apostilled, which is the certification that lets another country accept it, and send it to them.

It’s been a while since I’ve posted here (I’ve been busy rebuilding Palm & Seal behind the scenes), so I’m glad to be back!
