Lindsay Clancy Trial. MAJOR update. This just happened. Judge is calling a mistrial but Reddington is asking for a stay to appeal and make an argument to poll the jurors. THIS IS HUGE NEWS. And would be great for defendants moving forward! This is big!

Lindsay Clancy Trial Update. Major news! Just got a note from the foreperson which required judge to again instruct them again regarding reasonable doubt. Reddington made a motion to remove the 1 juror who is NOT following court orders. This is HUGE for the defense! And yes. You hear the tornado sirens in the background. This is the Midwest - we are okay 🤣

MA v Lindsay Clancy Trial. Day 26 recap. The jury sent another note saying they are deadlocked just to be told AGAIN to continue deliberating. Needless to say, reports indicate that they were visibly frustrated and we can understand that! However, we ended the day AGAIN without a verdict and without the judge accepting their deadlock designation. What do you think?!

MA v Lindsay Clancy Trial. Day 25 Recap. The morning started off with a note from the jury saying the were deadlocked, aka a hung jury, and could not reach a unanimous verdict. They received an Allen Charge and sent back to continue deliberating. The day didn’t end with a mistrial or another note - it simply ended by the jury requesting to be released at 3:30pm. Will we get a verdict tomorrow? Or is this going to end with a hung jury? Let me know!

Two things can be true at the same time. You can have sympathy for Lindsay Clancy, and you can be devastated about what happened to Cora, Dawson, and Callan. The FAMILY doesn’t even look at Lindsay with hatred - it actually appears quite the opposite. This is one of those times I’m glad we have a constitutional right to a jury trial. Have some compassion, because at the end of this case which will likely be a hung jury, it’s CLEARLY not as black and white as you think it is…. It’s a great day for a great day….
