Law School graduates are NOT lawyers, oh and Katie Zacharia got *softly* fired today. There’s this whole debate going around because Katie Zacharia is trying to play some funny business and refer to herself as a Lawyer, when in fact, she is NOT a lawyer. She is a JD. She did not pass a bar anywhere (even though she did try to). Here is the definition of a lawyer - the lawyer legal explanation if you will. So can we put this to bed now and can yall put some respect up on our names?! Sheesh!

Katie Zachari, JD is NOT a lawyer. There is literally no way to spin this. Attorney and Lawyer are used interchangeably in the legal world and let’s be honest, the world at large. Those who graduate law school are JD’s, Juris Doctorate holders. They are NOT lawyers until they pass the bar. Katie Zacharia recently came out saying she’s a consultant and did lots of legal consulting & people she talked with said it was absolutely okay to refer to herself as a Lawyer since she graduated from law school. Either those people were flat out lying, or, they were going off the information that was said by Katie and that she was a corporate lawyer and a top lawyer and so on - so why wouldn’t she be called a lawyer. In fact, she FAILED the bar exam - she TRIED to become a lawyer but didn’t make the cut. So now that that’s cleared up - are you a person who can lie with a straight face? Or do you smile when you’re not being factually accurate?? I’m a terrible liar 🤣🤣🤣

Lindsay Clancy will be back in court tomorrow on September 29 to learn how the prosecutors intend to move forward. Will they retry the case? Plea deal? Or, the very unlikely, not retry the case and dismiss. Let me know what you think!

The “Hold Out Juror” from Lindsay Clancy trial is set up to receive almost $400,000 dollars. If you want to talk about setting bad precedent - THIS RIGHT HERE is bad precedent. High media cases would start having this happen more often in hopes of a big Pay Day. You shouldn’t be compensated like this for doing your civic duty. I can’t even begin to describe how terrible this would be if it actually becomes a thing. What do you think? Let me know!

Patrick Clancy appeared on 60 Minutes last night for a personal interview. I’m not sure what people were expecting, but it was about 16 minutes in length and discussed how the social media scrutiny is really harming him and others. Most importantly, he said Lindsay Clancy never asked for his forgiveness but he had already given it to her. He also said the focus should be on Mental Health. What did you think? The defense did not win, but the prosecutors almost lost. Lindsay Clancy trial update of the day - we got to hear from the foreperson. And I will tell you, it’s truly disheartening to see our system NOT work. To hear he had reasonable doubts, but just couldn’t vote not guilty is truly a blow to our system. Patrick Clancy has faced ALOT of speculation over the last few weeks during his ex-wife Lindsay Clancy’s trial. Many legal experts warned others about spreading falsehoods and how it can lead to defamation lawsuits. Well. Patrick has entered the chat and his attorney says Enough is Enough and that they are taking action. What do you think?

What happens when the judge rules a mistrial? Lindsay Clancy will face a retrial unless the Commonwealth decides to proceed a different way. And yes, the parties can change how they approach the case. There are many moving parts and just about anything can happen at this point. Do you think they should retry her? Let me know!

MA v Lindsay Clancy Trial. Day 27 recap. The judge has declared a mistrial. We will know at the end of September how the DA’s office intends to handle the matter - whether that is another trial, a plea offer, or not retrying the case (not likely). What do you think?

Lindsay Clancy Trial. MAJOR update. This just happened. Judge is calling a mistrial but Reddington is asking for a stay to appeal and make an argument to poll the jurors. THIS IS HUGE NEWS. And would be great for defendants moving forward! This is big!
