Our launch location was the Metro DC area and after an initial start up in the DC area we quickly grew to support home owners and real estate agents through out the US. Looking back at our start we are grateful to all those we were able to help. It is very humbling to be invited into someone's life at such a tough time and provide them a step to recovering financially. While our success rate was e
xtremely high and still is the growing discomfort of so much business in such a short time has been overcome. Our state of the art communication platform and long time involvement with the banks has provided us with the tools and expertise to help home owners in distress. Our number one focus is customer service and setting everyone's expectations from the start. This proven focus makes even the most difficult short sale less stressful.

FTC / MARS - Well after all of that mess with the FTC and the MARS regulations Realtors are now removed from the requirements to disclose. They must still be truthful and ethical but are no longer required to use the several disclosures the FTC implemented. Great news for everyone working so hard to help home owners in their neighborhoods.

Homeowners will be protected by a new Federal Trade Commission rule that bans providers of mortgage foreclosure rescue and loan modification services from collecting fees until homeowners have a written offer from their lender or servicer that they decide is acceptable.

Closing off another long week. I know it should feel short due to the Memorial Day Holiday. A big thank you goes out to all of our Asset Managers this week. In a short week they got a lot done and anyone negotiating with the banks would know that is saying a lot. Thanks Everyone!!!
FORECLOSURE SALE STOPPED - This was another one stopped in its tracks by Bonnie Peters, one of our exceptional Asset Managers. This was a Wells Fargo foreclosure sale and a great relief to our home owners! Thanks Bonnie for doing what you do best!
