This one was a go, stop, then full speed ahead kind of journey! There were a few twists and turns, plenty of emotions, and even some laughs along the way, but we kept moving forward and made it to the closing table. 💫

This sale was about so much more than a house. I’m incredibly grateful this family trusted me to help them navigate such an important and emotional chapter, work through the details, and be there for some of what came next. 🙏

Congratulations to my sellers, Tom and Helen, on the sale of their beautiful home at 554 Shadow Willow Drive! 🏡✨

This closing is especially dear to my heart because Helen is family. After all these years, I’m so grateful that real estate gave us the opportunity to reconnect and, even more meaningful, that I had the privilege of helping her and Tom through the sale of their family home. 🥹

One of the things I love most about real estate is that it’s about so much more than houses and transactions. It’s about people, relationships, memories, new beginnings, and having the opportunity to walk alongside someone during some of life’s biggest changes. ✨

✨ JUST SOLD | 554 Shadow Willow Drive ✨

Some homes sell quickly, and others require a little more patience, strategy, and persistence. This one came during a market that wasn’t always in our favor, but my sellers and I stayed in close communication, continued to strategize, and made thoughtful decisions along the way to keep their home positioned for the right buyer. 🔑✨

Then the momentum shifted, three showings and two very interested parties. 🏡 My sellers were ready to make decisions when it mattered, and together we were able to turn that momentum into a successful closing. 🌟
