𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐢𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔?

New state laws now require most condos to have a professional 30-year repair plan and build up their savings properly.

• Many associations are increasing monthly HOA fees gradually this year.
• Some may need special one-time assessments for upcoming repairs.
• Older buildings may need safety inspections, which can lead to more needed fixes.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬:
You might see a small increase in your monthly fees. This is to avoid much bigger problems (and costs) down the road. It helps protect everyone’s investment.
