It’s better to have and never need it, than to need it and not have it!!
Tails of a realtor: walk into a vacant condo with my clients inspector. (Ground floor) Maintenance guy is in the hall doing a few repairs. Inspector checks the kitchen/bathroom then heads to the bedrooms.
I’m just hanging out in the living room when he comes back out and says, “hey, there’s someone or something in the closet the blanket in there was moving.” I’m like all he** no🤦🏼♂️ Maintenance guy comes in and we walk into the bedroom and there’s a squatter trying to hide in the corner of the closet! As a CPL holder, I’m glad he came right out without any weapons. Maintenance guy made sure he couldn’t gain access to the building and the unit again.
