A little behind the scenes from a video shoot with my friend Dean Shalmoni , one of the best videographers in town and someone who has supported me and my business for years.

I stepped away from social media for a while for personal reasons. I needed some space to simply be present with my life, my business, and my own journey.

But lately I’ve realized that if I want to grow, serve more people, and hopefully make a positive difference in this world, I also need to be willing to show up and share more of myself.

Not just the Realtor. The human behind it.

My work, my experiences, my challenges, my spiritual path, the things I’m learning, and hopefully some things that may inspire another human along the way.

This was one of those deals.

In a slower market, especially for condos, we knew we had to stay patient, keep adjusting, and continue putting this property in front of the right buyers.

We stayed consistent. We kept marketing. We listened to the market, adjusted our strategy when needed, and most importantly, we never stopped working for our seller.

Before the sun rises, someone is already putting on their boots and heading to work. Someone is opening a shop, building a home, caring for a family, teaching a child, fixing what is broken, delivering what is needed, or making sure that everything around us continues to move forward.

Most of the time, we don't see the early mornings, the long days, the tired hands, or the sacrifices that happen behind the scenes. We simply see the finished home, the growing neighborhood, the thriving business, or the community we are proud to call home.

But today, we pause to recognize the people behind it all.

Labor Day is more than a day off. It is a reminder that hard work has a lasting impact. It is about the people who build, create, serve, protect, provide, and strengthen the places we call home.

This one took a little patience, some problem solving, and the right strategy.

We originally listed the home a few months ago while it was still tenant occupied. We hoped to make it work, but keeping the home consistently clean, show ready, and available for buyers became challenging. After a couple of months, we made the decision to take it off the market, let the tenants move out, and give the property a fresh start.

Sometimes the best strategy is knowing when not to push.

We waited, prepared the home properly, repositioned it with the right pricing and marketing, and brought it back to market.

A couple of weeks later, we are officially UNDER CONTRACT, while several other homes in the area continue to sit on the market.

Every property has a different story. My job is to understand what is happening, adjust when something isn’t working, and find the strategy that gets us where we need to go.

Now the real work begins. Time to guide this one through inspections, appraisal, deadlines, and all the little details that come with getting safely to the closing table.
