A huge congratulations to my buyer on the purchase of his new home! Not only did he get a fantastic deal, but he’s also stepping into an exciting new chapter!

This is the second real estate transaction I’ve had the honor of helping him through, and there’s no greater compliment than a client trusting me time and time again.

Happy National Day of the Cowgirl! 🤠🐴

Turns out being a cowgirl is pretty good
for real estate…

A little grit, a lot of patience, knowing when to hold your ground, and not being afraid to get your boots dirty. 😉

Whether I’m in the saddle or negotiating a contract, I’m always ready to get the job done.

Cowgirl grit. Realtor strategy. 🐴🏡

✨ TWO HOUSES. TWO CONTRACTS. TWO MINUTES APART. ✨

Well, this is a first for me! 😂🏡

Huge congratulations to my seller for officially going UNDER CONTRACT 🎉 and at almost the exact same moment, congratulations to my buyer for getting their new home UNDER CONTRACT! 🔑

The craziest part? The contracts were signed within TWO MINUTES of each other. 🤯

One seller moving toward the closing table. One buyer getting closer to their new front door. And one very busy real estate agent having a pretty great day. 😂

🏡 Seller: UNDER CONTRACT
🔑 Buyer: UNDER CONTRACT
⏱️ Two minutes apart

🚨 LEASE UP IN THE NEXT 6 MONTHS?
Now is the time to start planning your move from renting ➡️ owning. 🏡

Fall + winter can mean BIG opportunities for Colorado buyers:
💰 Price negotiations
📉 Seller-paid rate buydowns
💵 Closing cost credits
🏡 More inventory + less competition

I’ve had buyers get a great deal, seller credits AND have their home appraise for more than they paid. 👏

Don’t wait until your lease is 30 days from ending to start the process.

📲 DM me “LEASE” and let’s make a game plan.
