Your W-4 forms should look similar to this example. In the Additional Withholding section, you can choose to have extra federal taxes withheld from each paycheck if needed.

Adding an additional amount can help ensure enough taxes are withheld throughout the year, which may reduce the chances of owing taxes when you file your return.

The following entities registered in Florida must file their Annual Report no later than Fri., May 1, 2026, by 11:59 p.m. EST:
- For Profit Corporation
- Limited Liability Company
- Limited Partnership
- Limited Liability Limited Partnership
A $400 late fee will be assessed to these entities for reports filed after May 1.
Non-Profit Corporations must also file an Annual Report.

Business entities should visit the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Beneficial Ownership Information site to determine if they are required to register or update their business information with the Federal Government.
