Had a excellent victory in Court today. People v. Natalie Hassan. She was found Not Guilty on charges that involved Assault with intent to murder and Not guilty for great bodily harm less than murder. She was found guilty of the lesser traffic related offenses and a felonious assault. This was a case that had a lot of ups and downs and a trial that lasted for one week. The whole community was watching closely, and these were very unfortunate circumstances. We are happy with the result and we will be appealing her remaining charges until we obtain a full and complete exoneration.

After communicating with Dr. Michael Herron, we both attended UofD 1971-1974. I was an engineering major. In addition, your wife's 5th great grandfather and my 4th great grandfather was one and the same. He fought in the Revolutionary War as a free man of color in North Carolina and moved to Wilson, Tennessee in 1810. I have a copy of his Revolutionary War Pension Application. Please let me know if you and your wife are interested.
