We are currently looking for a Part Time Transaction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate and investment team in Gainesville, GA.
This is an in office position starting at approximately 25 hours per week with potential for future full time growth.
What we’re looking for:
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Real estate, property management, construction administration, or transaction coordination experience is strongly preferred
• A real estate license is a huge plus and can be held with any brokerage
• Self motivated and dependable
Daily responsibilities may include:
• Processing invoices and tracking expenses
• Assisting with transaction coordination
• Tenant and vendor communication
• Administrative support for rental and flip properties
• Working within systems such as DoorLoop and QuickBooks
Pay range: $18 to $22 per hour depending on experience.
We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, and being part of a hardworking team environment.
