Northwest Georgia, you showed up last week. In Dalton, over 400 community members came out to hear from our legal team, while another 600+ joined in Rome where Erin Brockovich joined our lawyers to discuss the PFAS contamination.

Neighbors connected. Stories were shared. And together, we sent a clear message to polluters: We will show up. We will stand up. And we will not be ignored.

This is what community looks like. And when our voices rise together, accountability follows.

Thank you to everyone who attended, spoke up, and stood together with us. The fight for accountability is far from over. But after these events, one thing is clear:
You are not alone in this.

We recently had the privilege of honoring some of our local community advocates—farmers, business owners, and neighbors—who are standing up for Northwest Georgia. These individuals are deeply rooted in this land, and they’re stepping forward to protect it from harm. Their courage and commitment are helping shine a light on the serious risks posed by toxic contamination in our soil and water. We’re grateful for their leadership and proud to stand with them.

You’ll have opportunities to meet many of these community leaders—alongside Erin Brockovich—at our upcoming Town Halls in Dalton on March 30th, and in Rome on March 31st.
Visit PFASgeorgia.com to join the fight.

Over the past year, our team has conducted thousands of water, soil, and dust tests in Whitfield County and across Georgia while building the strongest possible case against the companies responsible for PFAS contamination. The results have been deeply concerning, with water expert Bob Bowcock describing findings as “catastrophic.”

Join us in Dalton on March 30 at the Dalton Convention Center to hear important updates about our litigation against carpet and chemical manufacturers and the progress being made to hold polluters accountable.

Nationally recognized public advocate Erin Brockovich will join water expert Bob Bowcock and Georgia attorneys Ben Finley and Nick Jackson to discuss the significance of these PFAS findings and why this fight matters for communities across Georgia.

This is an opportunity to ask questions, hear directly from our team, and connect with other community members who are part of this fight.

Bring a neighbor, friend, or family member who needs to hear about the PFAS contamination issues impacting Northwest Georgia.
