Praising God! Got notice tonight that my client's offer was accepted and I couldn't be happier for him. Yes, this market is crazy and tough on buyers, like you've probably seen on the news, but God. Really don't know how else to explain it. About 70% of my buyers' offers have been accepted on the first try and it's kind of mind-boggling. Might've even shed a tear of joy once or twice for my clients after being notified that their offer was the one selected, sometimes out of 20+ offers. Just had to come on here and brag on Him a little. Ok, now to finish this game of Candy Land with my little girl. Wish me luck! 😁

Confession.. I'm kinda not so great at social media. 😅 When life gets busier, I tend to go MIA. But, I promise I'm still working! See my proof. 😁 Not gonna lie, with as many Dallas agents as we have, it's pretty exciting when I make these lists.
