meaning abounds. Our scientific capabilities advance at exponential rates, yet our wisdom about how
to use them lags dangerously behind.
This paradox of connection extends into the realm of leadership. Organizations invest billions
in leadership development, yet employee engagement remains stubbornly low. We celebrate innovation, yet struggle to align it with human values. We pursue excellence, yet often at the cost of wholeness. The traditional silos separating faith, science, and leadership have created a fragmented approach to the very challenges that demand integration.
