Okay, y’all… I know you see it.

Everywhere you turn, there’s another real estate post telling you:

“3 things buyers need to know…”

“5 mistakes sellers make…”

“Did you know…?”

And yes, I know. I have posted them too. 😂

But lately I’ve been thinking… I don’t want to look like every other REALTOR® on your feed.

I don’t want to beg for business.
I don’t want every post to scream, “PLEASE BUY A HOUSE FROM ME.”
And I really don’t want to stand in front of my phone pointing at words floating over my head pretending that feels natural. 😂

That is just not me.

So I’m changing it up.

You’ll still see real estate because obviously… I am a REALTOR®. 😂 But I want you to see more of ME too.

Covington.
Local places I love.
Behind-the-scenes real estate life.
Funny things that happen.
Things I learn along the way.
Homes I think are cool.
Community stuff.
Probably food.
Probably Amici.
And more than likely some completely random thought I had while driving somewhere. 😂

Because at the end of the day, I don’t want you to follow me because I taught you the 7th way to improve your curb appeal.

I want you to feel like you actually know me.

And hopefully one day, if you hear someone say, “I think we might buy a house…” you immediately say:

“Oh! I know somebody.”

That’s the kind of marketing I can get behind. ❤️

Don’t get me wrong—I absolutely love my customers and regulars at Amici. ❤️

Over the years, I’ve built some amazing relationships with you guys, and honestly, that’s one of my favorite parts of being behind the bar. I love getting to know you, hearing what’s going on in your lives, and seeing familiar faces walk through the door.

But you know what I really want now?

**Regulars in real estate. 🏡**

So if you hear a friend, family member, coworker, neighbor—or even somebody sitting beside you at the bar—mention that they’re thinking about buying, selling, downsizing, relocating, or just wondering what their home might be worth… please give them my information.
