In case you missed it, a few weeks ago KKTP Founding Partner Ira Kurzban stood before the U.S. Supreme Court, fighting for 300,000+ Haitians whose Temporary Protected Status hangs in the balance. Pictured above is Ira alongside Andrew Tauber and Raymond Audain outside of the U.S. Supreme Court.

This moment is the result of decades of work. In 1991, Ira won McNary v. Haitian Refugee Center - a landmark ruling that now sits at the very heart of this case. He has litigated 100+ federal cases and authored the definitive text on U.S. immigration law.
