I’m excited to officially launch Upper Cumberland Mobile Notary, offering convenient and reliable mobile notary services in Cookeville and surrounding areas.

Availability:
• Weekdays after 5 PM
• Weekends available 8AM-5PM

Pricing:
• $5 per notarized signature
• $10 minimum convenience & travel fee
• Outside of Cookeville: an additional $5 for every 5 miles traveled.

We travel to offices, hospitals, and public locations for your convenience. We also are available to meet at our office.

Requirments:
To complete a notarization, the following are required:
• All signers must be physically present at the time of notarization
• Each signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID
(Driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID)
• Documents must be complete with no blank spaces
• The signer must be willing, aware, and signing voluntarily
• The signer must understand what they are signing

Please note:
• We are NOT attorneys and cannot provide legal advice or explain documents
• I cannot notarize my own signature or documents where I have a direct interest
• Fees are charged in accordance with Tennessee notary law
