Are you skilled in commercial contract negotiation, risk assessment, and contract management? This could be your next career opportunity!

Key Qualifications:
✔️ 2–3+ years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts
✔️ Experience with vendor agreements, software licensing, SaaS, consulting agreements, and NDAs
✔️ Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and legal workflow tools
✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple contracts in a high-volume environment
✔️ Experience assessing contractual risks and resolving routine negotiation issues

Preferred Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, but not required
• Background in corporate legal departments, legal operations, technology, or financial services
