Is Colonial Heights close to Fort Gregg-Adams?

Yes. Fort Gregg-Adams is east of Colonial Heights in neighboring Prince George County, and the exact drive depends on the property and installation gate. Buyers often ask us about Temple Avenue and interstate access toward Richmond; the traffic circle can take a little getting used to, but we generally find commuting around the area pretty smooth. Buyers are sometimes surprised by the lack of congestion when they actually drive their routes.
