Please join us in celebrating , Paralegal in the Litigation and Complex Collections Department in our Cleveland Office, on 25 incredible years with Weltman!
Over the past 25 years, Tanya has grown professionally, taken on new challenges, built lasting relationships, and embraced opportunities that have helped shape her into the accomplished Paralegal she is today. Through different roles, changing times, and countless experiences, her commitment to learning and growing has remained constant.
What she is most proud of isn’t any one promotion or accomplishment, but the trust she has earned from the attorneys and colleagues she works alongside, the knowledge and experience she has gained, and the relationships she has built throughout her career.
Tanya lives by the advice: “Be the person who brings clarity when everyone else is bringing noise.” It’s a philosophy that reflects her approach both personally and professionally—remaining focused, understanding what matters, and helping move things forward even in the most complicated situations.
Throughout her career, Tanya has been fortunate to work with many people who have made a lasting impression on her. One of the most significant has been Robert Weltman, whom she has had the privilege of working with for all 25 years. His example has taught her the value of hard work, dedication, dependability, perseverance, and taking pride in what she does.
And a fun fact about Tanya? Growing up in New York City, she won the “Young Yorkers Award” at just 11 years old for a short story she wrote. Little did she know then that her love of writing would eventually become an important part of her career as a Paralegal. Her writing, attention to detail, and ability to tell a story have all served her well throughout the years.
