If you know me, you know that my daughter was diagnosed with sarcoma and needed a below knee amputation. After finding out that running blades were not covered by insurance, she started the Move For Jenn Foundation to help raise money to give grants of activewear prosthetics to those who have lost a limb to cancer and for research to find a cure.
So roll out of bed and join my team Look Forward, or start or your own, or just make a donation to help those who don't have the luxury to be able to do go out and run, or do sports, or whatever else they love to do that most people take for granted.

Who’s joining us for a virtual 5K/10K?

The mission of the Move For Jenn Foundation is to offer grants to sarcoma researchers and those who have suffered the loss of a limb to sarcoma or other affiliated diseases. The foundation’s goal is to raise awareness through fundraising events, while also helping amputees afford or obtain an active-wear prosthetic, allowing them to regain strength and mobility faster, getting them back to the physical activities they enjoyed prior to amputation.

As always, Civil Court Reporting is available for all of your deposition and transcription needs. Even today during these trying times, we are still capable of doing remote depositions through password-protected Zoom Video Conferences.

Attorneys and deponents can be now comfortable and remote in the safety of your own homes or offices during depositions.

Chief Justice Cheri Beasley issued an order on April 2, 2020, containing seven emergency directives. One of the directives allows use of a sworn statement under penalty of perjury rather than notarization for court filings and oaths, meaning that court reporters, with the proper technology and training, do not have to be present in the same room as the deponent. And we are capable of handling that for you! We have both the equipment and experience to handle any of your immediate deposition needs.

Always remember, we are approved vendors for both ESQUIRE DEPOSITION SOLUTIONS and VERITEXT. If you need to use those firms, please definitely request us when scheduling. It makes everyone's job easier!

Jenn Andrews of Waxhaw talks about life since a sarcoma diagnosis led to her foot being amputated — which paved the way for her to start a foundation (called Move For Jenn) that helps other survivors.
