Due to the scheduled demonstrations that are planned in Cincinnati this evening downtown and as a follow-up resource to those provided last evening form the Cincinnati Police, we would like to present our Resource Docket from our fourth broadcast last summer. We presented tips on Demonstrations and the Legalities of Protests. We provided contacts and guidelines to avoid legal problems. One key aspect is NOT to block roadways and entrances. Here in Cincinnati you must have a permit for a March, which is considered a Parade. Please view our video for more information. For the complete broadcast go to our YouTube channel. The entire broadcast featured Attorney Phil Heimlich as our guest.
