This project was made possible through support from many generous community contributions, and it is truly excitement to have another unique landmark to Main Street for residents and visitors to enjoy for years to come.

Pricing too high and then repeatedly reducing the price almost always signals “something is wrong” to buyers, even when nothing is wrong.
Over the past year, working with multiple buyers, I kept hearing the same question:
“Isn’t this home priced too high?”

And when I pulled comparables, not just one or two, but multiple sold properties over the past several months, the data consistently confirmed what buyers were sensing. Many sellers start with a price so high that they don’t even generate enough interest to get buyers through the door for a showing.
