Ms. Kathleen Nicolaides is a former federal prosecutor who teaches in the areas of criminal courts, criminal law and procedure, and correctional and investigative law. She teaches at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Ms. Nicolaides is the pre-law advisor to all undergraduate students at UNC Charlotte. Lawyers, judges, prosecutors and media figures from the community speak at this celebration of the Constitution which is open to the public. Her areas of interest include criminal courts, public corruption, white collar crime and the legal system. She has prepared testing and summary materials for Thomson Publishing relating to these topics and does occasional media commentary on related topics.
