Carnimore LLC is a small but growing coatings business nestled in the foothills of Cave Creek Arizona. Our clients range from the occasional collector to the serious shooter, Law enforcement and Military to hunter or competitor and those who just want something unique or a bit different from the jones. car - ni- more as in more meat. I started experimenting with camo at an early age. I used to tap

e camo patterns on my bb guns, paint shapes and different earth tone colors on my rifles all in the name of staying hidden...getting a bit closer...making sure that I came home with the prey. Long range shooting is a passion of mine and a few years ago I decided to use my time wisely. I used pvc pipe and painted 2-4 different camo patterns every week on them. When I would go out to the desert to set my targets, I would place the pipes in about the same location just to test them...to see if I could later find them in my scope. It took me quite awhile to find a pattern that completely disappeared, but I have never found those pipes again and that is how "Carnimore Sand Tiger" was born. A very popular color scheme that vanishes in almost any terrain. We offer our pattern in any color that your heart desires, and will match your favorite camo or photos from your best hunting grounds giving you a truly unique, one of a kind camouflage that is extremely effective, durable and by the way, it looks great too. Apex predators show us exactly what it takes to disappear in the field. Nature has already perfected camouflage, we just pay attention.

This one was inspired by the American Goshawk and built specifically for autumn deer hunting in Michigan. From the tree stand to the ground, the colors, contrast, and breakup are designed to disappear into that late-season timber.

Short and handy? Long and fast? Somewhere in the middle?

What’s your sweet spot and what caliber are you running?

This the the Tikka Comp barrel from Lee Freeman , it’s 26” and a bit longer with the Andrew Schear N3wton and it’s my favorite so far on a NRL HUNTER rifle… but for hunting… I think 22” is the best of most worlds.

Why do I feel like I’m being lazy or cutting corners when I shoot prone?

The truth is, prone is a great shooting position and it definitely needs practice too. Not every training day has to be about making things as difficult as possible.

Some days, it’s okay to relax a little. Get comfortable. Work the fundamentals. Send some rounds downrange and enjoy shooting.
