⚖️ Are you accidentally making medical claims in your marketing? 😳

Of course you’re not making medical claims on purpose. But it’s easier to cross that legal line than you might think!

(And the rules have changed.)

For example…

✅ “This program gives you tools to calm your nervous system.”

❌ “This program will heal your trauma.”

See the difference? The first one describes the tools you offer. The other makes a medical claim.

Oy! 😬 And this is just ONE area where the legal lines can get blurry!
