I’ve been managing my personal portfolio of rental properties for more than 20 years (long before it was mainstream). I dreamt for many years of owning my own Airbnb, and in January 2023 I launched Sweet Tea & Palm Trees in the beautiful beach town of Oak Island, North Carolina. After immediately getting Superhost status and seeing so many great guest reviews coming in, my friends & family told me

this is really my niche! My success comes from many years of working in customer service where pleasing guests was my number one priority. I’m also an entrepreneur that has run several successful businesses, so I really treat my Airbnb as a business - not just a home to rent out. And with more than a decade working in Marketing, I know a thing or two about branding and communication. I promise to treat your home and each and every guest like it’s my own! And of course, I’ll welcome them with a little bit of Southern Charm.
