Competition is tight right now. If the house down the street is using professional photos and yours isn’t, guess which one is more likely to get the showing?

Most home searches start online, and buyers are judging the home by the photos before they ever walk through the door.

Poor photos usually lead to poor results. That’s why I believe every listing should be professionally photographed.

I'm in the middle of a transaction and received a note from the other agent with a paid invoice attached. The seller had an A/C company come out to repair the system. They charged $700 for a 30-minute service call to replace a $25 capacitor.

It got me thinking... had the seller reached out to their agent first, there's a good chance the repair would have cost significantly less. A quality Realtor has a network of reputable vendors who provide honest service and fair pricing—not $700 for a half-hour visit and a $25 part.

This isn't just about buying or selling a home. It's about having someone in your corner before, during, and long after closing.

Who you work with really does matter.
