Small family owned and operated vehicle lien sale business is looking for a part time administrative assistant / customer service professional.

We are looking for someone with good character including: honesty, punctuality, respect, accountability, reliability, and loyalty.

Applicant must have:
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Organization skills
*Communication skills through phone calls and emails.
*Strong, upbeat customer service
*Planning and organizing
*Prioritizing
*Problem assessment and problem solving
*Information gathering and information monitoring
*Flexibility
*Adaptability
*Self-motivated
*Self-orientated
*Self-disciplined
No micro-managing, just get the job done.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Answer, screen and answer questions on multi-line phone
*Provide prices for all services offered via email and phone
*Verify new account request documents, approve and activate
*Work with other states to request and receive records
*Process daily outgoing mail via stuffing machine
*Operate postage machine for varied envelope sizes
*Collect payment for work completed including credit card processing
*Respond to emails
*Open and respond to support tickets
*Maintain electronic filing system
*Handle requests for information and data
*Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
*Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
*Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
*General front and back office duties

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in a busy front office role
High School Graduate, two year degree or formal vocational school is a plus
Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
Google Drive Documents and Spreadsheets
Strong knowledge of Social Media and Internet - required

Schedule: 10am to 3pm
5 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
