They didn’t win the house.

At least… not at first. 🤍

These buyers (now friends) were moving back to their hometown to be closer to family. The perfect house hit the market — and we moved fast.

But- it was already under contract.

Time wasn’t on our side, and this house made the most sense for their family… so we dug in.

We went in strong as a backup — clean terms, confident price, zero hesitation. We went out on a limb believing that if it was meant for them, it would come back around.

And it did.

The first contract fell apart… and ours was sitting there, solid and ready. Just like that, they were under contract on the home they truly wanted.

Let this be your reminder:
You don’t always have to win first.
You just have to be positioned when your opportunity comes.

This home has truly been a labor of love, and I’m blown away by the results. The renovation was done thoughtfully and shockingly within budget. While the home checked every box except condition, these buyers were able to see past the TLC it needed. Now it feels like a new build, completely tailored to their taste, in a location they love! Keeping an open mind truly paid off for these buyers!

✨ Two beautiful homes, two new beginnings! Yesterday, I had the joy of helping a wonderful family sell their home and step right into their dream home on the very same day.

Coordinating back-to-back sales isn’t always easy, but this family handled it with so much heart and determination. They hustled to get their home market-ready while keeping their eyes on the prize—and it paid off in the best way possible. 🏡💛
