This was our first closing at eXp!! This was certainly a unique investment deal for our client and there were many hurtles that had to be overcome.
This was almost so complex that we thought a termination was about to happen BUT after doing everything possible, we left it in God's hands and look what happened!😍
Both sides on this transaction had pull out all the stops and worked together to get it to the closing table.
Thanks to Calibre Home Inspections for coming out to the property even though it was after hours.
