We’re excited to officially welcome Daphne Keel to the XFactor Title & Closing team! 🏡🔑

Daphne brings a unique perspective to the closing table because she has experience on multiple sides of the real estate industry — including real estate sales, transaction coordination, marketing, project management, and client service. As a REALTOR® herself, she understands exactly what agents and their clients need from a title company: communication, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a team that keeps the transaction moving.
