Family over financial gain!
This should be a no-brainer, but family should always come before the dollar bill.
I had a realtor call me this morning from the Houston area but I have never worked with before. She said she wanted inspection in Angleton done within the next 24 to 48 hours. I told her unfortunately I'm booked until early next week, and had plans with my family this weekend.
Her response: "Oh. No, no. Buddy, if you wanted the business bad enough, you would make it happen!"
My response: "I'm sorry but my family plans comes before a random last minute inspection. "
As I was responding, she hung up. 🤔🤣
I'm glad I know who she is because I will not work with her in the future because of her attitude. It's a shame, but there are people like that in this business. I have worked with many agents and clients on last minute inspection needs, Attitude certainly goes a long way!
