SOLD in Gulfport!
How cool would it be for my childhood friend to call me and ask me if I could help her find a house to buy for her to move to the beach? 🏖️ 🏠
How also cool that when we had this closing that my real estate agency, Epique Realty, would be having a conference at the coast the same time I would be down there for the closing.
Yes, both of these things happened last week and it was a wonderful event. 🥰
Another fun fact is Michelle went under contract on my daddy‘s birthday, September 1, which was extra special to both of us since this is my first year without my daddy. She always called my daddy Uncle Gerald, instead of Mr. Gerald. 😍
It was truly an epic week for this Epique agent! So thankful for the opportunity to help Michelle, (we have known each other since we were 3 years old) find her place at the beach.
The best part after we closed on her house and while doing a lot of of the things associated with buying a house, we were riding in the car and saw Beach Boulevard. Of course, we had to stop and stick our toes in the sand and snap a picture. 😎🏖️
Thankful for this extra special moment working outside of my service area and learning a new area. Yes, I can help you sell and buy there too! Our service area just keeps getting bigger than Central Mississippi and we love all these areas.
Just this year, we have sold in Brookhaven, Forest, Mendenhall, and now Gulfport.
Of course, we are still all over our main service area of Central Mississippi, that covers the Tri-county areas of Hinds Rankin and Madison counties.
