Congrats to Anthony and Donna on their first home purchase, and to Adam on the successful sale of his property! 🏡

This one had a few extra moving parts along the way, but I’m so glad we were able to work through everything and get to the closing table successfully.

These are the kinds of transactions that remind me how important strong communication, coordination, and consistency are from contract to close.

This closing felt a little extra special 🐾

Not only did we wrap up a refinance this week, but I also got to work with someone who gives back in such a meaningful way through the League for Animal Welfare in Batavia.

They’re already gearing up for an event this September, and it’s just a reminder of how many incredible people are out there quietly making a difference.

Grateful to play a small part on the home side while they’re out doing big things for others 🐾

One year ago today, I stepped into a new chapter and began operating independently in the title world through Premier Service Title Agency.

Over the past year, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside incredible agents, lenders, and clients, guiding transactions from contract to closing and building relationships that I truly value.

I’m so grateful to the people who have trusted me, supported me, and referred me along the way. Your confidence in me has made this first year incredibly meaningful.

Year one was about building a strong foundation.

Year two is about building on that momentum — continuing to grow, deepen relationships within the real estate community, and provide a closing experience that is smooth, responsive, and personal from contract to close.

Wrapping up January with another closing in the books—and this one was especially meaningful. 🇺🇸🏡

It’s always an honor to help guide a transaction across the finish line, but this closing carried extra significance with both the buyer and seller being veterans. Supporting a VA loan while helping two service members through an important transition in their lives is a reminder of why this work matters.
