I’m grateful every day for the trust my clients place in me, and today I’m excited to share two recent reviews that truly mean a lot.
Helping people navigate difficult legal and personal situations is my passion, and I’m so proud of the outcomes we are able to achieve together.
One client had hired and tried working with two other attorneys in the past. But still couldn’t reach his goals. In one case the prior attorney filed the motion in L.A., the Court granted the motion, however the conviction still appeared on the client’s criminal record. I discovered that the other attorney filed and litigated the case in the wrong jurisdiction. The conviction took place in L.A. However Probation was transferred to Orange County, so L.A. no longer had jurisdiction.
I redid the motion and filed it in the proper jurisdiction. The same client had a second case in which another attorney filed a CPC 1203.4 (commonly referred to as an expungement) and it was denied. After redoing the legal work in both of his cases, and filing my motions, my motions were granted, and I was able to get both of his cases dismissed and cleared from his record.
In another matter, a client contacted me from out of state with an active warrant for his arrest—I immediately went into court and saw a judge who recalled the warrant, and I resolved the case on the spot in a way that protects my client’s future.
