For many years, this book club has been one of the constants in my life — through moves, careers, and everything in between. This month we read The Only One Left by Riley Sager, and if you love mysteries or true-crime-style thrillers, this one delivers. One member summed it up perfectly: "Where petty meets diabolical."
I talk a lot about real estate here, but this is a reminder that there's more to me than listings and closings — this group of women, and a good thriller, is where I recharge. 📚

🎉 SOLD in the Hermosa Beach Hill Section! 🎉

Congratulations to my seller — who sold this home on behalf of his father's trust — on a smooth and successful closing.

Perched in the Hill Section at a higher elevation than the Sand Section, this 2-bed, 1-bath beach cottage on 2nd Street gave buyers the best of both worlds: a peaceful residential retreat with the soul of a true beach community just minutes away. Peek-a-boo ocean views, a renovated kitchen with quartz countertops, a cozy fireplace stove, and a private backyard retreat made this home a true buyer magnet.

The results speak for themselves:
✅ Multiple competing offers
✅ Sold in just 8 days
✅ Final sale price $200K+ over list

Buyers wanted this neighborhood. They wanted the right location. The Hill Section provided it — and my marketing strategy, from Compass's exclusive Coming Soon partnership with Redfin to targeted Homes.com retargeting, made sure the right buyers found it fast.

Thinking about your own South Bay move? I'd love to help you get results like these. Send me a message anytime.
