After 8 years of struggling with fighting the VA, I retained B&M for my claim. In no time, the VA agreed with the same claim I had had for years. This is a no nonsense, aggressive law firm. They keep you informed, and in the fight! I got nearly 10 years of back pay and a 100% rating. Life changing! When in doubt, go with B&M!
Had Bergman and Moore represent me in court over a T.B.I. Turns out they found medical negligence and a federal tort violation. They won hands down under the Honorable Judge Brantley . Over the years i found it tough to trust people in the military due to my last post in tikrit iraq off post capturing H.V.Ts with snatch and grabs and pulling security for ODA members driving a mercedes Benz in 2004 while our vehicles ( tacoma) had no armor. As we move toward the rating the VA still is using stall tactics as a last E-3 while my specialist and others pulled guard i followed orders hoping one day it will pay off. And as we see it has finally hopefully all members of the military can find a attorney like this even if i do not choose his partner Moore for the SMC side of the case. Remember a T.B.I does not make you handicap makes you unique Stay Awake and stay alive in times of pressure but go home and try to do something good with your life after something like that. would recommend Robert Bergman and Ryan Pau to many and all. Thanks Eric R Armstrong Jr

I need a good Veterans Disability lawyer... I recently received a non-approval of a TSGLI claim and I want to appeal it with some muscle; Please Advise!
BERGMANN & MOORE, LLC was my last hope when I thought that there wasn't any hope left. You see, I had been trying for years to get individual unemployability. I was at 70% and couldn't even get vocational rehabilitation benefits to attend school so that I could learn more about computer information systems. I was repeatedly turned down. I turned my case over to BERGMANN & MOORE and they promised me that they were going to do everything in their powers to see that I received my disability benefits and anything else that I was owed. The faith that they restored in me after winning my case and getting me my individual unemployability, total and permanent is second to none! This decision changed my life and has given me and my wife and family to do things that I had only dreamed of or had given up on. BERGMANN & MOORE, LLC are fighters and I wouldn't trust anybody else with handling my Veterans Disability Benefits Compensation claims. If you want to get the best results possible, I strongly recommend this firm because they get the job done. I'd say that they're the best Veteran Law Firm in the country. i'll always be a BERGMANN & MOORE dedicated and trusting client. Leon Chitman Sr 1st Lt. U.S. Army (Ret.) 25A6B USAJFKSWC Ft. So-Call Negro,Black, and African American Veterans: Why haven't anyone spoken out on the (Black Families) Veterans whom fought for there Rights from the Civil War today. More so-call Negro,Blacks, and African American Veterans don't have Veterans Affairs benefits than White Veterans. Why? Eurocenric society and demonstrate the effects on black families that result from structural discrimination in housing, medical care, and social and economic policies. The Federal Government that this closing of Black own Hospital all over America could effect the Black Veterans who had medical records and medical files would be destroy or loss for ever. The Veterans Affairs could easy use this too! By refusing Millions of African American Veterans (robbing them out of there benefits) 900,000 or more black veterans couldn't go to the VA hospital for service in every State of America. Black Hospital were being close on black veterans in there community's. This help the Veterans Affairs to use more simply way to use against black veterans of America. We fought from the Civil War up to the day, and what do we have to show for it?
