The Q2 2026 New Hampshire market numbers are in — and there's a lot to unpack. 📊

Statewide, single-family median prices reached $575,000, up 4.8% from Q2 last year. Condo prices held essentially flat year-over-year at $429,900 — but closed sales volume is up across the board, with single-family units +6.0% and condo sales +4.7% from Q2 2025. More transactions happening is a healthy sign for the market.

Among the counties we serve most:

-Rockingham led the state at $700,500 median, with condos averaging 33 days on market
-Hillsborough moved fastest — single-family homes averaging just 16 days on market at $585,000
-Belknap saw the widest spread, with single-family at $550,000 and condos closing at $507,500
-Strafford reached a $538,000 single-family median with solid condo activity at $413,000
-Merrimack held steady at $525,000 for single-family, with condos at $380,000

What stands out most? The market is active. More homes are closing, prices are holding strong, and buyers are engaged… especially where value and location align.
