Grilling season is almost over, and it’s time to prepare to properly store away your grill for the season.

We have come up with a few tips to help you store it away and be ready for the beginning of next grilling season.

Clean the grates & remove any debris
Remove any grease, debris, charcoal, and ash
Empty the grease tray & properly dispose of it.
Lightly oil the grates so they do not rust.
Empty the pellet hopper (if applicable).
Disconnect the propane tank.
Store the propane tank outside or somewhere safe.
Check for rust before storing.
Cover the grill with a proper grill cover.
Store your grill in a dry, covered area.
Keep the cover ventilated.

This will help ensure your grill is properly maintained, not a hazard, and ready for the upcoming season.
