My name is Lamont Jackson. I have a unique passion to help people live their dreams through Real Estate and Business. I am a successful Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor and Developer with a background in Architecture, Design and Construction. After working with several Architecture/Engineering firms I started my own Architectural Design Build Company in 1993 with a focus on large scale commercial and residential projects. My expertise in Architectural Design and Construction has allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the real estate industry, leading me to make the transition from Architecture to Real Estate investing. Over the years, I have successfully executed numerous real estate projects, from purchasing and rehabbing distressed properties to developing new construction projects from the ground up. My architectural background has given me a competitive advantage in the industry, allowing me to identify unique opportunities for value creation in real estate investments. My keen eye for design and my ability to visualize the potential of a property has allowed me to see opportunities where others might not.
